I. Storage Condition

Do not keep the goods under damp and dark environment over half a year .

II. Warranty

LED Module quality two years ,controller card and power supply one year warranty from the goods arrival at destination port.(Excluding problems caused by human damage and improper storage.)

III. In-sales Service

Offer free software, free screen installation manual and free controller system manual .

The normal temperature -20℃~+65℃  ,the power supply contains adjustable temperature sensor to better protect the screen again too hot or too cold temperature .

Offer free CAD drawing according to customer requirements to do fixed frame structure.

IV. After-sales Service

Warranty: 24 months quality guarantee, after 24 months, only charge for the cost of the repair. During the 24 month warranty time, we will be responsible for any damage that happened to the display because of the quality fault, not wrong operation. As soon as we confirm that the damage is not caused by manual operation fault, we will deliver the good parts to you by air within 3 days for replacement. After 24 months, we can also offer you the parts for replacement at our bottom price.Warranty period, simple question can be solved by telephone or network technical guidance and support.If not ,seller should arrange technical person arriving at buyer’s place soon .

After the warranty period , equipment maintenance can be negotiated and confirmed by both seller and buyer .(Change the material price according to the reasonable market price )

V. The Rights and Obligation of Seller

Detailed understanding of customer project requirements ,designed to meet buyer needs of LED display ,as well as provided for installation diagram to the buyer as reference .

The programme must be in strict accordance with the contract signed .Production of products are subject to change, it must consult with the buyer ,after buyer written consent ,it can be changed .

Seller should let someone track the production,transportation ,installation ,use ,identifying problems and timely treatment .

Seller shall provide free training services and assign someone to be responsible for contract concerned with follow-up service matters .Main training basic structure of the device , the main components of the structure and handling .Daily use operation, maintenance and management ,common faults such as that is not the same type of equipment used ,the equipment needed to function accordingly technical training ,training location : in seller’s factory . We assist with training and technical support for the customer in the factory, if required. You can also send your engineer to our factory at any time for LED display training. This service is free of charge.

We can send our engineer on site to guide the installation for you. The relevant costs should be paid by your esteemed company, such as visa, hotel, food, plane ticket back and forth, and a fee of USD 100/day for each engineer.

All requests and changes above shall be made on the basis of friendly consultations between the seller and the buyer.

VI. Payment Term

50 % as  advanced payment before production, 50% as balance by T/T before shipping.
